Focus On Our Clients
Turning Point Diagnostics is dedicated to improving healthcare management by supporting the coordination of care between our clients- both patients and their physicians. We provide patient-centered therapy management and employ enhanced technology to coordinate communication and offer data management and analysis to healthcare providers.
Turning Point Diagnostics provides patients with CoaguChek XS devices (at little or no cost to the patient), which allows them to "patient self-test". Utilizing our connectivity apps we bring laboratory results, patient behavior analyses, PT/INR testing results and other useful information conveniently and efficiently to both patients and healthcare providers for further analysis. For instance, we utilize the most technologically advanced information and communication technologies in order to turn patients' real-time diagnostic readings (extrinsic pathway of coagulation or "PT/INR") into immediate and easily accessible diagnostics. As well, we use the most current theoretical and applied research related to clotting tendency in the analysis of patients’ overall conditions and quickly relay this important information to all relevant parties. We pledge to always be readily available for patients, 24 hours per day/ 365 days per year.
We utilize state of the art technologies and work directly with internists, infectious disease specialists, pulmonologists, oncologists, cardiologists, vascular surgeons, cardiothoracic surgeons, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and their patients who are being treated with an array of pharmaceutical regimens such as antiretroviral therapy for HIV patients; radiation & chemotherapy for cancer treatment; antihypertensives for high blood pressure patients; hypercholesterolemia; cardiac glycocides, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, and diuretics for congestive heart failure patients; and Vitamin K antagonists for conditions such as deep-vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), atrial fibrillation/flutter (AF), primary hypercoaguable state, mechanical prosthetic heart valves, and other venous emobolism/thrombosis.
Our priority is to remain the global example of best practice in both patient data analysis and providing comprehensive feedback on patient care to physicians, thus helping to save lives.
